The Role

The Enterprise Account Director will help us expand our services and increase our market share in the Region, focused on Peruvian Enterprise Market. This role collaborates with the entire organization, specially with Marketing, Bid Management, Product Development and Sales Operations, and reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales.

The Responsibilities:


  • Build pipeline by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customers
  • Supports equitable assigned sales quotas and ensurs Neutrona’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales and resources through the quota program.
  • Maintain robust weekly sales prospecting and sales activity goals.
  • Manage and grow new customer relationships and revenue associated with Neutrona´s products and services.
  • Rigorously and efficiently manage sales opportunities, pre-sale to post-sale: qualifying leads, tracking funnel via CRM, obtaining complete contract paperwork, and managing installation and billing processes for accuracy.
  • Accurately forecast sales.
  • Be capable of building their own portfolio and selling into a new territory
  • Work as the trusted advisor of channels/integrators and enterprise prospects, including C level executives.
  • Participate in client meetings face-to-face and remotely offering Neutrona’s solutions.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, order and billing support, and customer escalations.

The Requirements:


  • 5-10 years in Enterprise B2B sales experience, specifically in the telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Strong relationship with C-level executives in the Enterprise segment.
  • Well established partners and contacts within the Enterprise Solutions Market.
  • Developed portfolio that can be tapped into for sales opportunity.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated record of consistently meeting / exceeding quota.
  • Passionate of winning and closing deals.
  • Be capable of collecting information on competitive product offerings and provide competitive feedback to sales management and product marketing.

  • Accuracy of CRM data and consistency.
  • Usage of company processes and tools.

  • Variable compensation is based on meeting the sales quota and margin goals.
